I went to Manila city hall yesterday for some wedding preparations and I came across a tarpaulin that tells the steps on how to file a criminal case in the court of the Philippines and let me share it to everyone. 1. Paghahanda ng kaso - this is the time to get a lawyer, if you cannot afford to pay a private lawyer get one at PAO or Public Attorney's Office.
2. Paunang pagsisiyasat
3. Pagsasampa ng Sakda- this stage will let you pay for filing fees
4. Arraignment
5. Paunang Paglilitis
6. Paglilitis
7. Paghatol
8. Apela
9. Pagpapatupad ng hatol

Naubos from piggy bank hanggang sa mga chocolates ko sa ref, pinatos. kaya ayun, kaso kung kaso. hassle lng tlg ang process. you should ber very patient. as in. thanks for sharing this. =)
